Welcome to MFP! I'm not a WLS person, but have been calorie counting here for a while, and found MFP a big help for me. Do you have a plan or approach you're planning to use to pursue your goals? Lots of friendly people here, and various paths to success. This post is a good on-ramp:

(Don't be put off by the joke-y clickbait title: It's a serious post with solid information.)

    Wishing you much success!

Good for you! I'm working on post WLS regain myself. MFP really is a great tool. It helps so much to be able to easily keep up with calories, carbs and protein. Let's do this!!

I'm post WLS (2/14/18) I lost 100lbs prior to getting pregnant last year. I just had my first baby back in July and need to lose my 30lbs of baby weight, plus another 30 to hit goal. Here is hoping my sleeve restriction returns. :)

I just did the 10 day reset. It really helped mainly resetting my brain that I do not to eat as much as I have been. Good luck to you. And congratulations on your baby!!
