I completely agree - both the amount of exercise that this team does and how exercise used to be my nemesis (actually most exercise still is- well except for the walking and riding while watching Netflix, that I like). Once again you had another high step dayππ

Wishing you luck on your interview. Thatβs such a great idea pacing around the house while youβre on your phone calls. Iβm sorry to hear that your stomach has been a bit upset. My sister had to stop drinking protein shakes, apparently she was taking in too much protein and it was causing stomach distress.

Whenever I hear someone say that they want to increase their veggie intake, I think of the podcast We Only Look Thin and their episode titled βpump up the volumeβ π Yes! Iβve made that sandwich- saw it on Pinterest made with a red bell pepper. Mmmm. I was having them several times a week awhile back. Terrific step goal!β¦
