Wow, I continue to be impressed with the level of physical activity of this group!! Exercise has always been my nemesis and doing any at all is a big accomplishment for me but sometimes I feel like quite a slouch here! Lol

Us slouches need to stick together. 😂 All kidding aside, you post fantastic steps everyday and your doing that even though exercise is your nemesis.

Did some quick math, if our group has a 30 inch stride average, which is average, I figure we walked 638.34 miles last week. I could be wrong since it has been a long time since I used my head for anything useful. Amazing work everyone.

@Megan_smartiepants1970 did we get the loss results for last week? Don't remember reading them.

    Check-in for 6/22:
Steps - 6056. Just bowling with daughter and a couple stores.
Calories - about 1600. I was just over 1500 before I ate a banana instead of candy. Dang craving. I haven't put it in yet.
Exercise - bowling, if you consider that exercise. Only lasted 1.7 games. Definitely need more stamina for that.

So many people in our group with amazing steps.

Tomorrow we are going to the reduced San Diego county fair. Hopefully I'll make the whole thing.

They have not been posted ... I think the girl who does them was having computer issues

I racked up a hefty bill just on Amazon for the last 5 years or more

    Weigh In Day:Wednesday
    PW (Previous Weight):209
    CW (Current Weight): 212

I've been struggling lately & have been so tired. My movement has reduced greatly & I've wanted to take naps repeatedly. I believe my body is just exhausted from the move & nonstop movement & lack of sleep for the last month or so. I have family coming in today to stay about a week...so I wont get much rest this weekend either. But on the bright side..I've got more stuff unpacked & the dog fence up. (They are loving the room to run!)
    Have an amazing Wednesday everyone.

No wonder you’ve been tired, look at everything that you are doing and have been doing. It’s exhausting 🤗 Hopefully once your family leaves you can get some much needed rest. Meanwhile, allow yourself some grace.

I completely agree - both the amount of exercise that this team does and how exercise used to be my nemesis (actually most exercise still is- well except for the walking and riding while watching Netflix, that I like). Once again you had another high step day👏👏

    Check in for Tuesday
    ✅Steps 6,872
    ✅Sleep
    ✅Walk

I am a little shocked at my steps. I didn’t think I moved much after my walk but I did make an effort to do my 250 steps each hour so those add up. I had a big drop on the scales the last 2 days after gaining for several. Hopefully I can hold on to it for Friday. I am getting my second COVID vaccine today. I will walk there and I have to go to the market on the way home.

Update on my quest to get off insulin: I am down to 8 units. If my sugars stay below 7 for the next week I am going to drop to 7 units.

    Happy Hump Day!

Fantastic day yesterday 👏👏 all checks!! You smashed your step goal- squish squish 🤩. That’s so awesome that you make sure to get in 250 steps every hour. I should try that, especially in between reading with one kidabunk and then the other. Glad to hear that the scale dropped. Love that you are walking to your appointment and market. You’re doing so well with reducing your insulin units!! 🤗 You’re doing incredible Linda!!

I am going for a walk everyday even if it is just a short one.

Wow! Every day 👏👏 well done 🤩 Just a warning, when I joined this wonderfully inspirational team, I walked less than 3,000 steps. Fast forward and now I’m consistently over 10,000. These step ladies are infectious. 🤣
