Brilliant, well done! Keep going  I've just hit 11st (started in January), down 30lbs! Aiming for another 12lbs off

I have a weight range that I feel good in & where clothes fit nicely. On the BMI scale it's right at the top end of the range for my height. I've been at a lower weight and look too bony, face looks too thin & drawn, people were commenting that I looked too thin - yet I was still well within the "normal" weight range. I…

I have a similar experience, when I am in calorie deficit and exercise in the evening it's like my body is trying to cool down all at once when I go to bed... although in my case it may actually be menopause.... hmmm... I am following a moderately low carb regime as I am insulin dependent, and the less extraneous insulin I need to take to combat the sugar highs from carbs, the better my glucose control. I have shied away from going keto…

To get my act together diet & fitness wise. I have Type 1 diabetes and have had a roller coaster year with really poor blood glucose management that has left me not feeling my best and I have also gained a fair amount of weight. I wanted to start exercise classes at the gym again, but since the gyms are closed I've started…
