Just joined the group, I’ll be 50 in May. Looking for tips and motivation to work through mid day cravings for salt and sugar. I’ve been able to curb evening snacking but these midday cravings are powerful!

Good morning, I’ve recently lost 55lbs with Noom over the course of 7months. When my subscription was over I turned to MyFitnessPal. I am perimenopause, and find myself struggling with cravings, sugar and salt. I’m upping my game today to keep the weight off!

I signed up for myfitnesspal yesterday and am still learning my way around. I am also looking for accountability. I have 16lbs to lose to hit my first target. Anne - thank you for posting those direct link, I'm going to check out those challenges.

Hats off to you and all nurses! I am a recent Noom user and did really well, lost 55lbs. It was time to cancel Noom due to finances, and over the holidays I put about 5lbs back on. I've heard good things about myfitnesspal and am looking to get back on track with diet and exercise, I'm missing the accountability piece.…
