  • I 100% agree, that is not good. Keto, expecially the strict keto, is meant to be temporary according to doctors. Please please be careful while doing keto+fasting.
  • Dont worry, its always overwelming when you start but keep going and you'll get better at it! In a sense, it IS good you're stumbling a bit at first, it will show what you need to improve :)

  • You can do it! I would say log everything you eat, drink, exercises too so you can realise what you put in your body if you arent doing it already. Water is essential also! Just dont get discouraged if your weight fluctuate from time to time, its totally normal! YOU CAN DO IT <3
