15 min cardio seems low. How many cals are you burning at that? I tend get weight loss at 3 miles walking daily, 400 cals.

Started Keto on 2-Jan-21. Fasting blood sugar was 10.3 mmol/L. My carb intake was <20g daily. Thankfully I am not diabetic but had a close shave as I am a sugar-holic. On my weight loss program I struggle with Calcium deficiency. To compensate I take a multivitamin, calcium and vitamin D. My moods and vitality have improved no end. I am 61.

My weight loss stalled so I just kept a stable weight for 2 weeks to rest my body. Then I fasted and moved more by walking more. 5 miles instead of 2. Also my carb intake was reduced from <20g to <10g. Weight now dropping again and exercise reduced back to 2 miles.

Best ever advice? Losing weight is easy. Controlling the mind is the difficult bit.

My scales are Salter Analyser scales, the cheap ones. I have had them 6 years and they stay in one place. Ideally place them on a hard floor and never move them. Mine have been lifted once to change the batteries.
