@NetiOne I eat actual meals throughout the day. Not snacking on chocolate and then eat an entire pizza, big soda, and even more chocolate for dinner, So basically I'm eating like a reasonable adult. Right now fruit and vegetables as snacks is free and I don't log it, but will start logging if I stop losing weight.

@tuckerrj It's $30 for a box of 12, so not really expensive. But with shipping it's more than I'd normally pay for pencils. I usually draw with dollar store mechanical pencils, but these are amazingly smooth and just a delight to use.…

Yes and no. I did great for a year-ish. Then depression happened, so 2 years of weight gain. Was getting better. And then covid happened. Now I'm back.

Keep it at active, if you lose weight to fast or stop losing weight change the setting.

breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if you don't eat breakfast you wont lose weight.

@mmnv79 super size v super skinny was the show that inspired me to actually write down what I eat. the problem is that i tend to eat much less when I'm actuallly paying attention to what I eat.

Today? I had an entire box of cereal with chocolate milk. It started with an actual portion for breakfast. And then I went a little mad at lunch. I logged it, and then when I was hungry in the evening I actually ate a normal meal and didn't pretend I wasn't hungry. All in all a good day where I acknowledged my mistakes.…
