how about a sugar free flavored club soda style drink? up here in canada at Superstore, there's a cherry vanilla soda - no calorie - no artificial sweetener or regular sugar in it. i add some liquid stevia to it and i really enjoy it :)

Yoga with Adriene is superb... i love her series with how to contend with back issues. she's very calming and chill and not at all annoying like some online instructors have a tendency to be. i really enjoy her style
