I love using leftover rice for breakfast. I'm all about ease and minimal prep time. 1/4 cup leftover white rice 1/4 cup black beans or spinach (or both!) 1/4 cup shredded cheese Pop it in the microwave for 1 min Top with 2 over-easy eggs with runny yolk. Mix in some pico de gallo and its super gooey, warm, and satisfying!

I bought a big plastic pitcher and make a batch of cold lemon water to keep in my fridge- its easy and tasty, and is satisfying to drink, even if you hate drinking water like me! Just cut up fresh lemons and add.

Thanks for the reply. I dont think carbs and dairy are essentially bad things either, I just am super aware of the patterns I fall into when I go to make dinner every night. Starch and cheese sound amazing when I'm hungry, but feel terrible when I'm full.
