I am terrified of eating while driving. I had a friend start choking at the wheel once while I was a passenger and we almost died. Luckily I was there to help calm her and remind her to pull over and stop the car and then I heimliched the *kitten* out of her. Had she been alone she might not be alive.

I'm having a similar issue. Im having trouble making 1200 calories. I eat when I'm hungry and when food is available, and its discouraging when MFP wont let me log a diary and says I need to consume more calories. It seems unproductive to assume that the only people that need support here are consuming too many calories.

Friday nights are pizza and movie nights for our family, and the trade off of the calories is a joyful tradition of time spent together. Its guilt free for me because my four year old is going to grow up fast and I wouldnt trade it for the world. I think thats what helps keep things in perspective for me.
