I’m so confused, what it’s impossible for women to have flat stomachs without being underweight without periods? Overweight women are more likely to have flatter stomachs than overweight men though, like women gain weight normally more evenly over their bodies, I would say.

I think they mean a Tess Holiday with those stats. It would make sense I remember for a short time a while ago she was on magazine covers and tv adds but she is definitely a good example of the body positivity gone too far.

I do allow myself a little dark chocolate most days but my main thing is not buying too many snacks, or I will eat them. I definitely go over the calorie limit the day before though and which should not really matter as long as I’m ok the rest of the month.

February start 157lb February goal 150lb Goal weight 130lb 2/1 156 2/2 153.6 2/3 152.2 2/4 151.6 2/5 152 2/6 151.2 2/7 150.6 yay! I did stick to my calorie goals this week and I definitely ate much less sugar than normal except yesterday. I’m happy with that, just got to keep going now.

I did try a diet based on slim fast(but with an organic protein shake) i also put glucomannan fiber in it to make it more filling. I didn’t love it but I lost about 5lbs in a few weeks I didn’t eat all the snacks I found it hard to stick too.

I already do this, but I find the gallon bottle with times to drink down the side on it extremely helpful for this goal.

Haha when I get a door sales man as a military wife I’m just like ‘I’ll have to ask my husband, bye’ don’t see how that would interest anyone. Also I hope op made her goal but I’m sure her man was overjoyed to see her again regardless. This is my motivation too I get to see him about every month so it’s exciting to look…

I had a baby when covid started locking everything down actually we had her at home because I refused to give birth at the center without my husband. That was wonderful but now I’m extra fatter than my normal self since my routine completely changed with covid I lost no baby weight until only I was still wearing maternity…
