  • When you see clothes you like on a the store mannequin and they actually fit on your body the same. You notice how big a size ‘small’ is in most stores. You can share the ‘obesity chair’ in waiting rooms like a love seat with your partner.
  • I don’t know, I would say it’s normal but it can be motivation to change. I definitely feel the same, I do really hate being bigger than the size I feel comfortable at. I really like seeing the weight come off and other changes in the right direction and that is making me feel more like myself again so I am happy still.

  • I quit drinking milk after moving to the US they ultrapasturize most so it’s weird and bitter even if you buy organic grass fed. My favorite for cereal is macadamia milk but I did have to switch to green tea because nothing worked for me with tea, soy is the popular choice though. I always get unsweetened.
