I lost 52 lbs stopped using the app then put 40lbs back so started MF again and currently at 34lbs off so my advice is stick with it it really has been a game changer

Losing fat definitely I'm 51 and after several years of not looking after myself neen to get that down I've done a TREE calc which says 2400 a day to lose weight but also to adjust for exercise
