That's great...... so decided to weigh myself today after a week without a phone or WiFi.. and I'm down 2kg since 5th Feb. So I'm happy with that just slow n steady . .keep it up everyone.

In my experience of yo yo dieting, I would say drop the scales, and make your main measuring tool the tape and mirror, photos are great too. You say you have lost inches but not weight on scales. Isn't that better than losing weight on the scales but not inches... Sounds like your doing great, keep it up.

Yes I hate the rain and cold. Where I'm working it's the heat. I think me personally if I have a more active day I'm a bit more loose with my calorie intake.

I would say forget about the scales, if yoy know your eating correctly. Then maybe take a photo. And after a couple of weeks take another one, or a few from diff angles. Far better indicator than scales.

Whenever I get a craving... I brush my teeth 🤣🤣 you won't want to eat anything after,,, and with a bit of luck it will pass.... Oh and drink plenty of water. As in when u feel u are getting. A craving have a half pint or so of water

Yeh great advice, thanks for that.... I feel motivated to make a good go of this. Spending most of the day tomorrow travelling so gonna be very restricted but no excuses!
