Punk is life and it's infused in everything I do❤️. Music has been good medicine.

Yes, I feel a lot less pain in my joints. Especially my feet. I still flare up if I overdo it, but not nearly as much. I've found that moderate regular movement is the key. I can't sit still for too long, but also can't overdo it. Thank you ❤️

I don't eat breakfast, mostly because I don't like it, so I guess I'm unintentionally practicing IF. And I've lost 71 pounds. Sooooo.... Seems to be "effective"

The difference 10 months and 70 pounds will make

70 pounds down ❤️

I don't have the large losses as many here. I lost 15 to 20 pounds before MFP and have lost 46 using MFP. I have also had 5 children. I have been dermarolling and use a skin firming serum. I don't expect anything drastic, but so far out is helping to reduce the sag in my skin and reducing stretch marks. I have waffled back…

I have an old pair of favorite shorts from years ago. One of my long term goals was to be able to wear them again. Today was the day and they fit! I'm super duper happy!

Wherever this happens, I take a "diet break" and eat at maintenance for about a week. When I get back to it, the scale starts moving again. I have no idea why this happens, but it seems to happen and that is my fix.

My husband jokes that I'm getting too hot for him and will occasionally say, "omg you look so hot, want me to make you fried rice? Please don't leave me." I just laugh and say, "no thank you, I love you."

I'm sitting here all crampy and commiserating.

I live in the city and our entire summer is like one giant vacation. I take my kids to theme parks on the regular during the summer. Theme parks aren't known for their healthy options, lol. Surprisingly, I've had great luck with my health journey even eating food at the theme park. A healthy life includes fun and family…

Sending you love and hugs. Being and feeling alone when you don't want to feel or be alone is a truly yucky feeling. I found a great psychiatrist who I see online... The shut down actually made mental health services a little bit easier to get so I'm thankful for that. Hopefully you can find the support you need soon in…

I have it. It's the only Fitbit I've owned. I love it. I have several chronic illnesses and I really like that it can send printouts of my stats to my doctors when I do quick online visits in between my in person appointments. The only bummer is that you have to pay for Fitbit premium, but it has been worth it for me.

Mother to five here. I recently lost the baby weight from my youngest (he's two now)... But I'm hoping to continue logging to reach my pre baby weight before my first child was born, 17 years ago! After having five kids, I feel like I've been postpartum forever. I'm still breastfeeding, and it's so tough for me to lose…

This is exactly what happens to me. 💯

Yes definitely!

I just wanted to give you some encouragement that every day you decide to try and keep going makes a huge difference in the long run. I couldn't walk this time last year. But I got a cane and started trying. I remember putting in 700 steps one day and being so exhausted and discouraged. I have RA, lupus, digenerative Disc…

I finally fit in the bath tub. And the water covers my body!

I do not really interact or have many "friends" on mfp. Sustainability for me comes from setting realistic and small goals. And showing up for myself every day, which includes logging every day.

I had a torrential 14 day period after the first vaccine and after the second dose, it was also torrential, but only lasted 6 days. I am back to my normal (for me) 26 day cycle with 4 days of bleeding. Those post vax periods were scary and painful. I couldn't even leave the bathroom because I was soaking through…

I started at 210 and have lost 42 pounds. I've also had five children. My stomach skin was a little droopy there for a minute, but I currently seem to be going through some changes. My weight loss slowed, but my body is changing a lot, including my skin. My stomach is not droopy anymore and looks pretty normal. I still…

Omg. This is what I've been doing for lunch every day and I never knew there was a name for this!

I went shopping yesterday. I grabbed a pair of jeans while out. I went ahead and grabbed a size down to give myself something to work towards. I didn't think they'd fit yet, but when I got home, it turns out they did!

I drink tea and just add a splash of vanilla almond milk and that seems to do the trick for me.
-
I treat myself occasionally or I'd never reach my goals.

Just wanted to give you hugs, support, and understanding. I've lost 40 pounds since I made adjustments in my meds and my eating. I was counting calories and weighing my food on my meds and NOTHING was happening. My weight still slowly creeped up. I know everyone here says it is impossible or that I must have been counting…

I meal plan and usually stick to my plan, so it wouldn't make much of a difference for me.

I have had 5 children and no matter what, I can't lose much weight while breastfeeding. I tend to lose around 2 years postpartum. My youngest just had his second birthday and I just passed my pre pregnancy weight. The amount of time is different for everyone, just be patient and keep making healthy choices.

I will eat at maintenance over holidays. It's not cheating, it's maintaining instead of gaining 🤷

I have RA... I test when I need to rest and move when I can.
