I'm a slow runner but I run for me. I have just started a goal running 3 days a week now. Too short runs which are 2 mi and then a longer run. Which right now is 3 mi. I run with an old dog and so he's only allowed to do the 2 mi. Sometimes. I'll do a little sprint in there but on the whole I just enjoy running at my pace…
