  • Hi, thanks for letting me know that it usually rectifies itself 🤞 I get all my nutrients through, fresh chicken breasts, fresh prawns, eggs etc, also many different fruits, veggies, potatoes and salads, as well as nuts and wholewheat tortillas or pasta 😊

  • Hi thanks for your reply 😊 however it only calculates how many calories I've burned from exercise, some days it's calculated that I've only burned around 200 calories? So where are the calories I've used just to keep my body being added? I really don't understand this at all, sorry 😊

  • Thanks everyone, some great advice there. I forgot to say I never go over my daily calorie amount its just the sugar is usually 15-16gram over my allowance. I suppose I'm focused on the sugar amounts as I assumed its excess sugar that piles the weight on. My Dr told me fruit sugars are as bad for you as normal sugars 🤔
