Oh, girl I am also a HUGE fan of late night snacks lol Here's how I (mostly) kicked the habit ~ Do something with your hands while you watch TV/scroll/read, like knit, color in coloring books, doodle, paint, etc. Half the time it's just your brain trying to stay on autopilot while you sit, so give it something to do. ~ Goβ¦

Ooh that's quite clever. I've done the same sprouting popcorn for microgreens but usually separate the from the paper. This is much simpler.

Okay, I didn't see that you were eating so little. 700 calories a day is not enough to achieve a healthy lifestyle and your body may be trying to keep you alive by reducing the calories it burns. To lose weight, a person should eat NO LESS than 1200 calories ate the VERY MINIMUM. I think you may need to consult your doctorβ¦

I wouldn't worry. Sometimes when we start our weighloss journeys and throughout them periodically, we initially lose a lot at once, followed by a natural plateau where we might even gain a little back, which can be pretty disheartening. I eventually just did the math, and then figured out an average time estimate of how long it takes to walk the blocks in my neighborhood for the days I forget to check the clock again lol, but when I change my phone over and get a decent data plan I'm sooo going to try these apps π thanks for theβ¦

I find that being in nature and getting some fresh air really helps to bust the blues. I take walks in my neighborhood and on trails, work and putter around in my little greenhouse, put plants in my window, and if I need to destress before I go to bed or on my commute, I just listen on my phone to river sounds and birdβ¦
