Hey yall I'm new here I have been enjoying my progress. I'm dedicated to a consistent workout weekly 3 plus miles 3 to 4 times a week. I have reached some new goals this week I made it to 6.57 miles <3 it makes me appreciate not giving up. I have also lost 7 more pounds God is good I thank him for the strength.
