Hi, well it depends. You can always settle. Do you tend to over eat when you do eat chocolate? or are you satisfied with a piece or two? have you gone for dark chocolate instead? theres a lot of things you can do. what kind of other sweets do you like?

if you are aware of the key, you got this!!! calories in vs calories out does work. just remember you bettter be ready to fight temptation, and track your calories, especially in the beginning. yooo you got this!! diet is a big part! on days you cant workout just remember to maybe cut a bit of calories or just walk.
