I am a online fitness coach. Age 44 5'9" currently 165 my goal is to maintain 155 and build muscle. I have chronic illnesses that get in my way a LOT such as chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia. Looking for all the inspiration I can get! I'm in! Its there a link to join the group(s)?
