  • I am 5'1". I do think I am not drinking enough water. I am doing strength training 2 days a week. I walk 6-7 days a week. Thanks for the encouragement, all. I will read all the articles linked.

  • Hello all! I am working toward a healthier lifestyle through better food choices and more defined exercise. Though I walked consistently (5 - 7 days a week/averaging 2.5 miles daily) throughout 2020 I did not lose weight. Determined to lose weight in 2021! May we all end 2021 in better health.
