Not weight related but self care. I called my dentist because I'm in bad tooth pain so tonight I will pick up antibiotics and a pain killer. I have a hard time with self care so this is a big step for me.

What worked for me today was a slow cooker dinner already cooking so that dinner is taken care of tonight.

I turn 40 in June and would like to feel better in summer clothes by then. The hope is to go to a cottage with another couple and I want to enjoy the body I'm in there.

A day off of work is an awesome reward. I didn't take a day in 2020 because what was I going to do and where was I going to go. Taking a day off to lounge sounds like a perfect reward for losing weight! Thank you!

I do a lot of fizzy water too. We have a brand here in Canada that does Root Bear, Ginger Ale, and Cream Soda so I can get the taste of a soda without all the negative affects.

I have two mini goals. I want to lose 13lbs in the month of March to get back on my track and I have a goal of doing 1,110 minutes of exercise in March. So far I have done 246 minutes so I need another 30 minutes a day to reach that goal!
