My mini goal is to loose 10 pounds of the 30 I gained back. Last year I lost 51 pounds, but stress in coming back in to the office to work had me "back sliding" to my old ways. :( Therefore, I gained 3 pounds back. Get these 10 down and work on my next 10

I'm a "newbie" to challenges, but would love to be on a team, any team to get started. Thanks!

@BunnyGrenades : YOU should be proud of yourself. You are the one that has to be happy with the results, (and those results are very noticeable, btw. ) :) Great work in getting where you want to be for the moment. I look forward to see you when 20 pounds are gone. Keep going, my friend. YOU will be more beautiful than you…

Trying to get on track with my Lipid Panel results.

I'm trying to drink more water and plan my meals. I think meal planning for me will help in not over eating, plus not reaching for something "quick' and not nutritious when I'm hungry

Good Afternoon All. This is my first time with UAC. I came on the good advice of a good friend here on MFP. I believe this will help me to stay focused on the positive and not the negative, (as I have been). Looking forward to all the help I can get. Wishing everyone good luck. Thanks for having me. :) ;)

I came back to work after working from home for 6 months. A lot of the people here at work were amazed at how much weight I've lost and told me how good I looked. That made my day big time. :)

I can now actually sit on the floor to do yoga and get up without the aid of the chair or sofa or someone. :D
