I've lot 45 pounds and still have over 60 to go. I credit MFP and my kitchen scale for helping me with Calories In, Calories Out and getting me where I am. I want to do a feature when I get to my goal weight and am down 106 pounds, hahaha

I'm still looking for MFP friends if anyone is in similar spot. I log everything, whether I hit my goal or go way over. Looking to get back on track again for the New Year!

One tip I learned from my dietician, when saying "no thanks" to people like this, is to say "No thanks, I'm really happy right now." Because when they offer you food, they are trying to bring you joy, so to explicitly mention that you are good and happy lets them know that you really don't need the food and are not…

Hello! 35F HW: 263 SW: 241 CW: 212 GW: 135 I just need to share that I am so proud of myself for what I've accomplished so far. I started this and got serious about tracking my calories at the end of March. I did amazingly well until the end of June, consistently losing 2 pounds a week. Then the first few weeks of July…
