Omg steamed broccoli right now... when I bengin cutting fake sugar from my diet my body will respond with what it needs... protien vitamins etc right now its veggies but i have accidentally cooked this with every meal... i really need to switch this up.

The fact that even if you break a routine you try again speaks volumes! Dont give up you can find what works for you! One piece of advise dont go radical.
