Starting over... again... and again... and..

I’ve been fighting this fight a very long time and trying to do it on my own, but now it’s time to take it up a notch and find some accountability! I’m hoping to find some positive energy and motivation here!!! Good luck!

    The fact that even if you break a routine you try again speaks volumes! Dont give up you can find what works for you! One piece of advise dont go radical. If you want to qork on excercing more forcua on that until it becomes routine. Then work on the next important thing. I wanted to cut soda and replace it with water. So I made that part of my routine until I no longer craved soda. Then I wanted to excise more so ive added that this week. Once I feel comfortably in a routine Ill work on diet. One step at time so im not overwhelmed again.
