Good morning team. I have been MIA with so much going on these past few weeks and now school for my boys is back in full force. There is never enough time in a day. Weigh in day: Saturday PW: 176.0 CW: 176.0 Seems like that plateau is about to settle in. I hope not!

Hi team! @jugar- There has been a lot going on the past 2 wks and I completely forgot to post last Saturday's weight. I didn't even remember to get on the scale. Do I just post today's weight with the one from 2 wks ago?

Weigh In Day- Friday PW: 174.6 CW: 174.5 @jan110144- thank you so much I'm feeling somewhat better. Was hoping my neck would be healed. I guess I need a little more time. @Terytha- I'm sorry you and your husband are sick. Sending virtual hugs your way. I hope the both of you have a speedy recovery. Stay hydrated and get…

@EvMakesChanges- Thank you for helping with my neck-kink and telling me about the Balance app. I will definitely look into it and hopefully it has just what I need to get through this. @Kali225- I will try that pep talk tomorrow morning because I feel like I'm losing my will to keep going because of this pain. I want green…

I've had a great week and am very happy that I managed to get through that time of the month without ransacking my pantry and refrigerator. For me this is a huge win. I always look at the scale afterwards and saw a huge 10lb jump which is so discouraging. Although mentally I know its tons of water weight added with all the…

@YinxFed glad you had a wonderful vacation despite the travel delays but you made it home safely. @Terytha I've always wanted to try axe throwing and going to one of those places where you get to smash things. I've heard it's such a good stress reliever. @KellyBgetsfit I hope your little one is getting better and that…

@Kali225 this is a late post but I've found that sometimes the scale needs to recalibrate. When I first get on the scale it will read one number and when u get off and get back on it reads something totally different. My brother is a personal trainer and said to first tap the scale to set it at zero then get on it again. I…

Everyone has been doing so good with their steps. Kudos to everyone that's part of the step challenge. I want to join but im sure a lot of days will be slacky. I use to be really good with my daily steps when I was doing walking workouts daily. Step videos to get in my daily steps and exercising at the same time. Win win…

Congratulations @bowens1973 on your first Gran Fondo. That's an amazing achievement.

@veronica1359 I want to workout in a gym also but I'm still not 100% feeling safe. Besides that I've always had gym phobia and have no clue why. When the pandemic happened and I needed something to do working out at home has been the best thing to ever change my mindset about fitness and I'm surprised how much I love it. I…

Great job team on this weeks results. I am so proud of myself for making great choices this weekend. I was sure this holiday weekend was a set up to fail miserably. I sat down a figured out the night before what I would have on my plate and stuck with it. Today is the real test. I'm sure I can keep it together.

Happy belated bday @YinxFed and yes the cake sure does look good.

This week I can say has turned out great. I have increased my water intake and I feel like that's what has managed to save me from late night snacking. I haven't had any snacks for 2 days. Now I just need to end drinking water early enough so that I'm not running to the bathroom all night while I'm trying to sleep lol.…

Today was a productive day. I got 64oz of water down, worked out for 45min, took a half hr walk with my boys and as I'm typing I've completed 11,139 steps. Ate dinner pretty late today and to grab something quick it ended up being 2 slices of pizza after 10 that ended up being nasty and not worth messing my day up over.…

@lauren_989 I've tried that trick. It's a temporary fix for me. My bff said using mouthwash when her craving kicks in helps her out a lot.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcomes. Today's goal is to try and get through the night without snacking😩lol. @ashleycarole86 I've tried a few strategies some that worked others that didn't. The one that really seemed to help was posting notes on the pantry. It worked up until we moved and the notes never went back up.…

Hi everyone! I'm so glad to finally have made it on time to get into this group. My name is Shawn and in 42 from the Big Apple and now reside in NJ.
