  • Track - yes Cals - yes Exercise - yes - new battlefield trail today. 4 mi. Walked along confed and union earth works down to a beautiful river.
  • I did IF a few weeks ago as a way to shock my body past a plateau. Then I'm doing it again this week for the same reason. It seems to work. I lost about 3-4 in each of the weeks I did it after being stuck for a few weeks at the plateaus. If you are also tracking cals and are mindful, I've actually sometimes found it…
  • Track - yes Cals- yes Exercise - no. Once again I had something in morning. Too blasted hot to go walk mid day then storms this evening
  • Exercise- yes 6 mi walk Track - yes Cal - yes but just barely (not including exercise cals) still doing IF so by lunch was starving. Went to Moe's and had burrito and chips w/queso. That took me right to 1500 cal. Then I felt sick. I think combo of walking in heat , no food, then an amount of food I'm not used to anymore…
  • Exercise - yes Tracking - yes Cals - yes

  • Hi, I've been slacking on my tracking lately and weight loss (lack of) eflects that. Trying get back to tracking EVERYTHING. SW:290 CW:240.8 GW: ONEDERLAND! but August goal is to lose about 10 lbs so I'm at 60lbs lost when I go back to office in Sept.
  • I'm 5'11 SW: 290 CW: 241.1 For advice, if you are at a plateau, try intermittent fasting. I was stuck between 245 and 247 for a couple weeks. Started IF this week and the weight has fallen off. I doubt it will continue, but I think the system shock it gave is what cause the weight loss.
  • You have to adjust the seat position in the car
  • I'm kinda in same boat. Lost 20+ since jan 28. Every single thing I put in mouth is logged. Walking 4-5 times a week for about 20 mi/week. Adding in some strength work now and jogging. I dont drink, but carbs are my vice. Not eating 1/2 a large bag of peanut Speggtacular M&Ms should help....but I still really want them.…
  • Is it too late to get in on this? I was at 268 lbs this morning. Short term goal is 250 by July. Long term is 200lbs. I'm a 5'10 CIS male but over 50 so I feel that levels the metabolism playing field a bit. Fair warning though...I've been tracking at 2lbs/week rate since Feb., so you'll have to bring your A game!
  • I'm confused on this as well. I set up the goal for 2lbs loss per week. I'm plenty fat so I didn't figure this unrealistic. Daily allowance was set at 1700 calories. For past 2 months, I have come in at, or below this intake goal. So, based on myfitnesspal calculations, I should be at 2lbs/weeks weight loss. HOWEVER, I've…
