Congrats to you all!!! I’m so confused on Keto🤦🏽♀️ I never know what I’m doing. There’s so much conflicting advice online. I want to be able to stick to it but I never feel like I’m getting enough fat and I can’t get past the first few days where I’m feeling lethargic 🥴
