Hi @PatriceFitnessPal ! Yep that’s correct! I currently do OMAD once a week, I need to graduate to 3-4 times a week, it’s just a matter of time as taking it slow and easy :) I have also done 80 hour EFs (nothing but water and apple cider vinegar and Pink salt) and I’ve felt amazing !
