Day #4 and I have managed to not have any meat or dairy. I will be having some cheese in a Korean cheese dog with no meat, a special treat with my daughters today. However; the rest of my meal is vegan. A Capriotti's Vegan sandwich and a fresh salad as my early bit8 celebration, and I feel really good about it.

I have been on the weight loss merry-go-round several times. I finally got great advice " Create a Goal that is Reasonable, Attainable, and not Intimidating" The suggestion for me is to lose 5% of my weight 230 lbs... lose 5% = 23 lbs... I CAN DO THAT!
