I'm thrilled to report that I traveled and lost weight! I think the key to my success was packing a cooler. I had veggies, hummus, fruit, non fat greek yogurt, laughing cow, and olives. I'm following a plan where everything is calculated to achieve the balance. I really don't stress over it, but I'm finding that a healthy diet gets me close to where I want to be.

Sticking to my plant based eating and trying some new recipes. Exercising 3 times a week plus daily dog walks. We took a short hike yesterday too. I'm happy with my progress!
