Hi, another member recommended this page. :) My goal is to just get out of the habit of drinking a glass of wine (or half a bottle) every day or every other day and just limit it to one glass two days a week.

That's a short amount of time, but ditto to the above commenters. I started with 30 Day Shred and moved on to her other videos. That and healthy eating ( couldn't call it clean, just balanced and in deficit) helped me dropped 50lbs in about 5-6 months.

To drop 10-15 lbs, or however much it takes to get back down to a 24 inch waist and rebuild my stamina. But honestly, right now if I can carve some time to consistently run 3-4 miles twice a week and stop eating an entire cake or pizza, I'd count that as a success. Thank you! Starting small with my eating my be more manageable right now. I find that if I give a little I take way too much (like eat an entire pizza).
