63 .. started 12/2020 was 210lb, now 165 .. got most of the loss the loss not eating BREAD/RICE/PASTA/SUGAR/PROCESSED FOODS/REFINED CARBS. then in Feb stopped meat and chicken , then in April, dropped fish and dairy .. never felt better in my life … my goal was 165, now going to go for 155.

it’s the difference between the calories you burn and the calories you eat. The calories you burn are from 2 “places” your BMR/RMR .. basically the calories your body needs to live plus the calories,from moving / exercising (lots of tables to calculate your BMR based on night / Weight / sex)i So, if you burn 1300 (BMR)…
