Feel free to add me! To add someone, click on their name and then the friend icon on their page. I would suggest just going to threads that you like and requesting friendships with people that inspire you.

Start slowly. I find that much is just learning and experimenting to find what you like. It may take some time, but that ok because health is a journey! You can do it!

Yas! We can do this, mamas!

Welcome back!

Radical self-care! Taking full care of my mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Morning 5-minute rituals. Positive affirmations spoken ALOUD. Making light of a situation that gets me feeling down. Promising myself that I am a *kitten* goddess and have untapped creativity and light, and a damn wellspring of love

These rejections do not define your worth! See yourself as the goddess you are and know that you can move in the right direction whether someone is by your side or not. 💪🏽

I think that when one is an emotional eater, the problem is less about what to cut out of a diet and more abouthow to process your feelings associated with what you eat. For me, I could cut out plenty and still have the base problem.

Hi! I was in MFP for years and then quit to join WW. I did not love the program, so I am back! I like the community and having friends on this app. Let's be friends!

I feel this. Thanks for sharing your story. I have an addiction to food, too. Is there an emotional piece for you, as well? For me, food is really rarely about hunger and frequently about pain.

Nice! Welcome! I am in MA, too.

You can do it! I like Califia Farms brand milk alternatives.

Everyone's journey toward wellness is different. Learning to accept yours can take time! For me, I am an absolute turtle when losing weight. It can take me such a long time. And that is ok, it's just my body. I also have an emotional piece attached to weight loss and I need to address that, too, if I want to be successful.…

Hugs to you. Gaining weight when pregnant can feel alarming. When I was pregnant I asked my midwife not to tell me my weight because I was afraid it would triggering for me. The body makes room for a life inside you, and that is going to change your body. That's ok. Your body will be yours again, eventually. For now, see…

I am in my 40s and loving it. Feeling healthy and happy (most days!). Would love to connect with other goddesses living a strong, confident life.

I have been here, and it does feel discouraging! Weight loss is extremely slow for me, and I have to give myself alot of time to reach even small milestones. A "turtle" is what I am! 🐢 Hang in there and know that dedication to your goals will lead you where you want to be.

Woot! I love lifting, too. ❤️

I always liked to take a big mason jar and fill it with salad stuff. A row of lettuce, one of cheese, some tomatoes, more lettuce, chicken or tofu, olives, more lettuce, garbanzo beans....etc. top with a vinaigrette. Shake it up and eat. This is my go-to packed lunch
