  • Thats great, thanks for informing me about that. Im a lot more content with the scale going up temporarily now so hopefully in a couple weeks i will start to see loss again.
  • I appreciate the help, the water retention point gives me some relief that im not doing anything majorly wrong. When you say adjust my calories for my current weight im assuming you mean drop them even more? Surely at that point im going dangerously low and slowing down my metabolism even more?
  • If i lower my calories any more it will be even harder to maintain my weight when im at my goal so thats not really an option. For my macros, i dont monitor them i just make sure i dont go over my recommended amount in my diary. I just stick to 100-120g of protein and 1900cal a day but this has to be something more major…

  • MFP gave me a recommended amount of about 105g but after doing some research (reading it incorrectly clearly) i upped it to 150. Do you think i should just stick to the 105?
  • That makes a lot more sense now, how can i figure out my lean body mass?
