This may be boring, but I am loving Starkist and Bumblebee tuna pouches. There are so many flavors, they are high in protein, low in calories, and very filling and tasty. They make a great snack before my workout in the afternoon. And they're cheap too! (Just like me...LOL)

Try Flock chicken chips. You might like that. Or pork rinds. If you need a crunchy snack they both have little to no carbs.

I used to make fun of any plant-based foods, but now I like veggie burgers. Morning Star Farms Grillers Prime is the best one. I hear you. I have sleep apnea too. I look at it like this - losing weight gets me closer to getting away from my CPAP. In 2016 I lost nearly 100 pounds and was able to stop using the CPAP. I find myself quitting my workouts early sometimes and eating things that I shouldn't. I just feel resentment towards the clinic when I do it even though I'm only hurting myself. I guess I do need someone to help kick me in the butt. Lol
