ME !!!!! Cut soda out in January 2012. Don't miss it at all. First 2 weeks were tough. After that I didn't even really like the taste anymore. I still have one maybe once a month. I prefer water now.

I'm on day 10 of a similar one. 115 for me today. 80 are done. I am also doing 30 crunch challenge, 30 day push up challenge & 30 day plank challenge. Think I might have lost my mind :embarassed:

It's SO darn good! !! I eat it almost daily. On wheat toast with some PB. All about measuring & portion control. I think I don't go postal with it because I know I can have more tomorrow. Unless it's TOM. Then, well.... ALL bets are off.

On longer runs 8+ miles I put water or Gatorade in my mailbox & will have some every 3-4 miles if I need it. If my run is shorter than that I just drink when I'm done.

Great job! !! You can use sites like active.com for races or just google 5k in your area. You could certainly do one as a 5k is 3.1 miles you're almlst there!

I start & end my run with a 5 minute walk. The walk is faster pace pre-run. When I get in the house I continue by stretching then shower. After shower & breakfast I use my foam roller.
