It's possible you have water retention due to muscle repair. It's also possible that because you have increased your workouts you aren't eating enough. I would not stress too much. Scales are evil little things. If you are eating between BMR & TDEE & getting exercise 5 to 6 days a week it will move eventually.

I believe they are. Since I started MFP a year ago I have always planned to take Sunday as a rest day. I chose Sunday because I weigh in that morning. For about 6 weeks last year I stopped taking Sunday off. I ended up with a herniated disc & had to do nothing for 3 weeks then walking or swimming for another 4. It sucked.…

Just did day 1 this morning. I have done it before but it's been a long time. I am using it as a suppliment this time. I am only doing it 3 days a week (running 3 days & 1 rest day) so I plan to do 2 weeks (6 days) at each level. My arms & legs feel like rubber. Hope it doesn't mess my run upntoo much tomorrow!

Love my iPhone5. The kids have the iPhone 4S. The 5 is a little longer than I like for texting (I have little hands). But overall great phone. I had a Androidphone before that & I have an Android tablet. I love those too. If possible play with them all & see what you like best. The Galaxy is just too big for me.

You would eat the 1488 per day & only eat back exercise calories if your Net Calories drops below your BMR of 1322. Then you would eat enough to get back to or slightly above 1322.

I had a nasty stomach virus a couple of weeks ago. Felt queasy 24/7. Ate lots of soup, ginger ale & pretzels. Timing really stinks. Hooe you feel better. Have you tried Pepto Bismol or Emitrol?

I set mine to TDEE-15% and only eat back exercise calories if my Net drops below my BMR, I eat enough to get up to my BMR.

I don't think you are eating enough. Find your BMR and TDEE @ scoobysworkshop.com and eat somewhere in the middle and you will lose weight. You don't want to eat below your BMR (the # of calories your body would use just to function vital organs if you were in a coma). I am 5'3'' and 128lbs mine is 1306. I don't eat below…
