Thank you 😊 it’s great when you don’t have to wear the bigger clothes anymore I went through all of my old clothes from when I was an 8 & a 10 and I have 80% of my old clothes that fit me now it’s like having a whole new wardrobe without costing a penny

I started off with Lucy Wyndham Read’s 7 minute workouts twice a day for a month or so then 10 days ago I started Chloe tings 2 week shred because it’s more challenging I’m loving it and going to start another one when I’m done. I also like to make sure I get about 12000 steps in per day.

🤣🤣🤣 they’re so hard aren’t they I almost gave up on day 3 my legs, stomach, ribs and even my butt was in so much pain but I’m on day 9 today I can’t wait to see the result at day 14.
