Can’t believe I’m almost at my goal weight it’s been hard work but I’m so pleased I stuck with it this time. I can’t wait to get there and order a nice big Chinese take out 😋
What kind of workouts do you do at home ?
How do you all cope when your feeling burnt out with 0 motivation ? I had a really bad day yesterday and had to force myself to workout and today I had to push the last 10 minutes of my workout I’m just so tired and ready to give up
I’ve managed to get every other part of my body in shape but just can’t seem to shift this muffin top it’s really starting to irritate me. Can anyone suggest which exercises I could do to help with this ?
I hated all the clothes I was having to wear with putting on weight I never wanted to spend any money on pretty clothes. Slowly going through all of my old clothes I haven’t wore for 2 years 80% of them now fit I love being able to wear all my pretty clothes again
I’ve been at this since March along with working out at home and intermittent fasting I’m really pleased with results

Hi just thought I would introduce myself I’m Michelle and 43 years old for the last 2 years I have been battling with weight I had gained due to medication. I started in March at 141lb and now I’m currently 122lb and hoping to reach my goal of 105lb is anyone else in a similar situation?
