  • I wouldn’t really say 3 stone is so little it’s a huge difference for me. And I changed my eating habits back in March that’s how I’ve been able to loose so much weight
  • Thank you 😊 do you only plank once a day ? I was doing 1 minute twice a day but wasn’t sure it was going to make any difference. I’m doing Chloe tings 2 week shreds but injured my wrist doing floor work so adding planks to my workouts will be a lot of help.
  • I’ll just preserve with the abs workouts for my back fat and thighs I did exercises to target those areas which I did have the results I was looking for I hope with the last 16lb of it will come off my upper belly

  • Thank you that’s great advice I do tend to keep my core tight while I’m walking but just don’t think of it in the house I’ll keep that in mind

I’m still pushing through in the hope I will get back on track because I think if I take a day off I’ll end up it starting back up again plus for a short while after it does make me feel a little better.   • I have been IF but dirty fasting since March 16th and I’ve lost 19lb. The first day was easy but after that for the first 2 weeks it was hard I had bad headaches and my stomach sounded like it was screaming for food but it got easier
