2/3 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tsp of brown sugar. It keeps me going for at least 4 hrs every morning

Hi there I am 5 ft 3” too, and I am 111 lbs. I was just under 120 lbs when I started trying to lose weight. I am currently on a 2000 calorie diet and it’s been working for me.
