I have finally gotten to a place where Breakfast and Lunch are about the same every work day so I have plenty of room for what ever dinner surprise I have. Took me a long time to find stuff that holds me , but I also think the "mind" is better right now.

Has anyone else noticed that maybe you are great on the food, or maybe you are great on the exercise BUT Have trouble being great on both at the same time?

I had a reverse shoulder replacement last July. The surgery went well as did recovery BUT getting back up to speed on food and movement was miserable. At first not a lot of appetite as all I did was sleep and lay around. I am 67 yo and my energy was completely zapped by the anesthetic. I was determined to go back to work…
