  • Well, don't worry, sometimes it rains, so let yourself heal and get back on track 👍
  • Yeah, my wife is on keto after years of yoyo dieting, and she just hit her 100lb mark. If you can stick with it, I'm sure it's possible ☺️
  • Could you possibly go swimming? It's easy on the joints and can be a great full body exercise.
  • You can do it!
  • Yeah, I have I take levothyroxine, so maybe my metabolism is a little show, but I eat healthy and take a multi B.
  • Yeah, when I graduated high school I was a chubby 200, but once I hit the gym, I was around 180, but I wasnt eating right. I worked at an Arby's. After I quit and started working for a furniture store as a stocker/ delivery driver, I slipped into the 150s, but I gained it back when I got a second job as a pizza delivery…
  • Yeah, Im eating less, but also replacing junk room something a little better. It'll take time, but it's possible!
  • Yeah, totally. I use this along with a food scale, so even though it's technically counting calories, with the scale and being able to scan barcode, keeping track is easy enough. Just gotta do it everyday.
  • What have you been eating? Same thing with me tbh. I actually somehow gained 3 lbs actually eating less than I normally do (unless I snacked and legit didn't notice) but I chocked it up water weight. Hopefully you continue to hit your goals
