Yeah, totally. I use this along with a food scale, so even though it's technically counting calories, with the scale and being able to scan barcode, keeping track is easy enough. Just gotta do it everyday.

What have you been eating? Same thing with me tbh. I actually somehow gained 3 lbs actually eating less than I normally do (unless I snacked and legit didn't notice) but I chocked it up water weight. Hopefully you continue to hit your goals :smile:
