Yup, I'm here from Spark. I'm sad they are shutting down, 13 years on there, a lot of relationships that have helped me on this journey. So far MFP, seems ok.

I'm 71, working on staying physically in shape and losing about 50 lbs. I had it gone once then hit a bunch of stressors, had it gone again when I fell and fractured my spine. I'm going to get it right one day!!!
