Reducing the caffeine intake late in the day really helps in promoting sleep, also I suggest you listen to some peaceful songs before going to bed. This works great for me when I am unable to sleep

I like to have apples for the fibre intake. Everyday I consume two to three apples, the best part is they help in keeping me active also.

Hi mate! I am also new here and aiming to lose some weight. I have lessened my calorie intake and also workout regularly, if sometimes I am unable to perform a workout then I prefer long walking. I suggest that being a diabetic and allergic to some foods, you should consult a doctor before starting any diet.
