Says 1 gram of sugar, I can drink these again. Costco here come.2
-
Are they really sweet though?2
-
No, not at all. It seems to be just right1
-
I picked it up at Sam’s, put I’m sure it’s at Costco as well1

Not for 160 calories! I’m enjoying my delicious morning latte right now for a grand total of about 15 calories for an oversized mug.
That would leave me more than enough for a chicken sausage, or I could enjoy a couple servings beef jerky.
I’m in the school of “I’d rather chew my calories”.10 -
I feel ya, just saying if you’re looking for a pretty good Protein Shake, this one is pretty good.10
-
Yes, I think that’s ^^ more accurate than ‘coffee drinkers will love this’!
I drink coffee but wouldn’t touch that. Title would be better off reading ‘protein shake drinkers who like a coffee flavour will love this’ 😂6 -

The great thing is, we are both paying attention now and know what we like, and works for us! Win-Win!4 -
Well, this does have about the same amount as a grande caramel skinny iced macchiato, and a lot more protein...so I may have this as a snack.4

So true0
-
I will have to try that. Thanks! Muscle Milk also does one and it's 130 calories for 20 grams of protein.1
-
I might have to check Muscle Milk out0

My favorite to make at home is quest cinnamon crunch blended with a little milk and added to my iced coffee--HEB Cafe Ole Rio Grande brewed over ice. Glad to know there are grab and go options as well.1
-
I never tried mixing it with Coffee, I might have to try it0
-
i love premeir. mix them with coffee daily0
-
Thanks! I love coffee and could use the protein.2
-
I'll have to look for that at Sams, thanks for the heads up!1
-
I like keeping stuff like that on hand for quick grab and go calories, thank you for sharing.
Another thing I like to do is add 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen to my coffee. It's only 70 calories, is tasteless, and adds 18g protein plus types I & III Collagen.2 -
You’re welcome!0

Time to go to Sams!0

We don't have that flavor at my costco, but I'll be snatching it up if it ever comes in!0

How do you make a latte with only 15 calories? Lattes are my favourite but mine seem to be closer to 100 calories - I'd love a 15 calorie version!1 -
Yea, a 15 cal Latte would be nice0

She froths 1/2 cup of cashew milk with coffee and sugar free syrup...2

You know me well!!!! But I don’t froth for coffee. Too lazy.
Now chai lattes, that’s a different story.
3 gram Blue Lotus Masala Chai (I like mine very spicy)
1 serving Salted Caramel Skinny Syrup
30gr fat free half and half
1.5’ish c boiling water
Top with
.2c skim milk (hand pump frother and then microwaved to set the froth)
Generous sprinkle cinnamon
Heaven.
You’re welcome.

I drink Premier Protein shakes for breakfast 5 days/week. This one is definitely on the rotation. It's a tad sweet for me but not so much that I don't enjoy them.
