I feel ya, just saying if you’re looking for a pretty good Protein Shake, this one is pretty good.

The great thing is, we are both paying attention now and know what we like, and works for us! Win-Win!

Well, this does have about the same amount as a grande caramel skinny iced macchiato, and a lot more protein...so I may have this as a snack.

I will have to try that. Thanks! Muscle Milk also does one and it's 130 calories for 20 grams of protein.

My favorite to make at home is quest cinnamon crunch blended with a little milk and added to my iced coffee--HEB Cafe Ole Rio Grande brewed over ice. Glad to know there are grab and go options as well.

I like keeping stuff like that on hand for quick grab and go calories, thank you for sharing.

Another thing I like to do is add 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen to my coffee. It's only 70 calories, is tasteless, and adds 18g protein plus types I & III Collagen.

We don't have that flavor at my costco, but I'll be snatching it up if it ever comes in!

Not for 160 calories! I’m enjoying my delicious morning latte right now for a grand total of about 15 calories for an oversized mug.

How do you make a latte with only 15 calories? Lattes are my favourite but mine seem to be closer to 100 calories - I'd love a 15 calorie version!

You know me well!!!! But I don’t froth for coffee. Too lazy.

Now chai lattes, that’s a different story.
3 gram Blue Lotus Masala Chai (I like mine very spicy)
1 serving Salted Caramel Skinny Syrup
30gr fat free half and half
    1.5’ish c boiling water

    Top with
.2c skim milk (hand pump frother and then microwaved to set the froth)
    Generous sprinkle cinnamon

    Heaven.

    You’re welcome.

I drink Premier Protein shakes for breakfast 5 days/week. This one is definitely on the rotation. It's a tad sweet for me but not so much that I don't enjoy them.
